This experience can be acquired through a combination of local and overseas work, providing candidates with diverse perspectives and skills.

    However, there is a specific mandate that candidates must have accumulated at least 12 months of experience within Australia. This local experience is essential as it ensures familiarity with Australian regulations, practices, and cultural contexts relevant to the community sector. It also demonstrates an understanding of local community needs and challenges, which is crucial for effective management within the sector.
